Reiki First Degree (Two Day Course)
 

Reiki First degree Is the starting point of Reiki training. This introduces the student to the basics of Reiki and enables them to work on themselves and others in a hands on way. Reiki Level 1, works on a physical level, opening the body to allow the student to channel the energy in order to self heal and work on family and friends. The student is taught the basics of Reiki, history, how it works, the chakras, self treatment hand positions and positions to treat others. The first degree is an introduction to Reiki and its energies are primarily for the student to use this energy for themselves. 

Reiki is a high vibrational positive energy that works to push out the low vibrational negative energies in the body. By channelling Reiki into yourself or others, the energy will move through the various levels of the aura and chakras and push the negativity out of the system.
