Meditation and Mindfulness
Mindfulness is being in the present moment where worries about the past and future can no longer be in your awareness. Our past experiences cause us to replay our different emotions of what was, and our worries about the future can cause us anxiety. But being in the present moment there is nothing but NOW. When we get into the place of being in the NOW, thats when we can create and change our thoughts about the past or future. The past is gone, the future is not here now, so why worry about what has been and what could be. You can create your own life by the thoughts you think. Every thought is an investment, how would you want to invest in your life.
When you come to this class or have a personal 1-1 session, you can expect a warm friendly welcome, I will guide you through guided visualisation and relaxation techniques, which will take you into a place of peace and calm. This can help to relieve any anxiety and stress. You will feel a lightness within and learn more about breath work and calming and relaxing the mind and the body.

Law of Attraction
Learn how to use the Law of attraction and understand the workings of the Universe.
These sessions can be done 1-1 level or on group level. Done in person or distantly. Meditations can also be recorded and sent to you to be used over and over again. Repetition, visualisation and imagination is important when manifesting goals and dreams. Using these techniques can bring in positivity, new ideas and opportunities.
All therapies and techniques can be tailored personally to the client.
