Reiki
Reiki is a “laying of the hands” healing modality that channels energy to oneself or a client, who remains fully clothed during the Reiki Session. Reiki relieves energy blockages and imbalances (the source of disease) to support the body’s own healing abilities.
Chakradance
Chakradance is a well-being movement therapy practice. It uses spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole mind-body-spirit energy system. It’s a unique fusion of Jungian psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra resonant music, guided visualisation and mandala art. It is a practice where we heal dance by dance, chakra by chakra.
Crystal Healing
During a crystal healing session, carefully selected stones are placed on or around the body to target specific concerns-such as stress, emotional blockages, fatigue, or spiritual disconnection.
