Sound healing has been used since ancient times and is becoming more and more popular due to people realising their profound effects. Sound and vibration is frequency. To raise your frequency, with sound, the sound waves enter the body, sympathetic vibrations occur in its living cells, which help to restore and reinforce healthy organisation.
The high water content of the body’s tissues helps to conduct sound, and the overall effect is likened to a deep massage at the atomic and molecular level.
The human being is therefore likened to a very complex unique and finely tuned musical instrument. Every atom, every molecule, cell, tissues and organ of the body continually broadcasts the frequencies of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life.

Along with the 7 Chakra Crystal singing bowls, I have 2 rare Cosmic Alchemy crystal singing bowls which are used to raise the vibration and frequency of the whole body. These bowls are unique and especially made and cannot be recreated again, their frequencies are so beautiful and will take you into a deeper healing.
The drum will be used at the beginning and at the end to create a deep connection to the Earth to ground and support you, along with this other instruments may be used depending on what you needs. This is an intuitive session where the sounds will work their magic!!
